On September 1st, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the shipment of a three layers PE pipe extrusion line.

Designed for the production of PE pipes up to 110mm in diameter, this HDPE tube extrusion line provides a reliable and efficient solution for PE pipe manufacturing. The line is equipped with high-performance single-screw extruders and a complete downstream system, including pipe extrusion die, vacuum calibration tank, cooling system, haul-off, cutting machine, and pipe stacking or winding equipment.

Before shipment, the complete line was carefully inspected to ensure that all equipment, electrical components, and auxiliary systems were properly checked and prepared for transportation. This ensures a smooth installation and commissioning process at the customer's factory.
