On July 3, 2026, Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the commissioning of a 3-layer PE pipe co-extrusion line.

The PE pipe production line is equipped with an SJ-65/33 single screw extruder, an SJ-45/33 extruder, and an SJ-25 co-extruder. It also integrates a vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, hauler, dust-free cutter, and stacker, forming a complete and efficient pipe production system.

During commissioning, the entire line operated smoothly and steadily. The produced PE pipes showed consistent wall thickness, stable performance, and met the expected production requirements.
