Recently, several PVC pipe extrusion lines at Kunshan Oneplus Machinery Co.,Ltd. have successfully completed assembly, commissioning, and trial production at our factory.

Before shipment, the PVC pipe production machine were fully assembled and tested to verify the operation of the main equipment and auxiliary systems. During the trial run, the extruders, pipe molds, vacuum calibration tanks, cooling tanks, haul-off units, cutters, and other components were checked under operating conditions.

The trial PVC tube production also allowed our team to further confirm the coordination between different parts of the line and make necessary adjustments to ensure stable and smooth operation.
